Judy Day, BS, MAy, IYTT
a focus in nutrition & exercise, specializing in children. She is certified as a yoga instructor & has been practicing for over ten years. Judy is also a certified Touch for Health Practitioner, Levels 1-4. Over the past few years she has worked as a counselor & a health educator. Judy is currently a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.
