practitioners, continue to soften your tensions.Yoga Nidra creates a further state of
bliss. Finally the culminating feature, Shirodhara, producing a sigh of release.
Shirodhara is the pouring of a gentle stream of warm sesame oil, infused with herbs,
over your forehead calming the nervous system.

Marma Proper Begin with a soothing foot bath . Marma Pressure Points on feet,legs, arms,
hands, head and face are gently stimulated by two practitioners simultaneously to assist energy
flow. Essential oils are chosen specific for your needs. Marma Point Treatment calms and
revitalizes your nervous system.

Marma/Nidra Begin with a soothing foot bath. Marma Points, specific to your needs, are
stimulated with circular motion and essential oils. The culmination is Yoga Nidra, a deep
relaxation created through guided imagery and visualizations.
